The brand new CLP-Academy-Training Courses 2020 are here!

Since 2016, the CLP Academy offers post graduate training specifically for lawyers and similar professions. The first training in legal coaching emerged from communication and negotiation technique courses - the world's first and still the only coaching training course that is especially tailored to the legal workaday world. However, since this training, more than any other further training for lawyers, also initiates personal development and strengthens leadership competence, it has also been increasingly used for talent development in general and here for leadership and mentoring programmes, but also for HR business partners.

The CLP Academy has reacted to this: from 2020, both a "light" version of the coaching training for managers and HR professionals will be offered, as well as mentoring training specifically for internal partner programs.
