Registration for CLP Academy Training Courses 2021 is open!

The CLP-Academy has been successfully offering post-graduate training for many years, especially for lawyers and similar professions.

The training in Legal Coaching is the first and still the only coaching training worldwide that is especially tailored to the legal workaday life and increases communication and negotiation skills. It also initiates personal development and develops leadership skills.

The training as a mentor, especially for in-house and network mentoring programs, supports the transfer of knowledge at the start of a career but also when climbing the career ladder, so that the mentoring program can become a fulfilling and effective task for both mentor and mentee. Both training programs are increasingly used for talent development, leadership and development programs, but also by HR business partners.

The programs have been further expanded online in 2020 due to corona. 2021 only the attendance week (1 of 4 modules) will take place as a face-to-face event and this only with a limit of 10 places under strict hygiene regulations. https://www.consultingforlegals.com/en/services/academy/
