Prism Award Germany for Coaching Excellence in organizations
The winner of the Prism Award for excellent coaching offers of the ICF Germany 2020 is certain: It is SAP, Europe’S largest software company.
The award, which has already been presented for the third time this year, honors special coaching offers by companies and organizations. It is intended to recognize the responsible work of the personnel developers, as well as the companies that believe in a strong coaching culture.
The Prism Award Germany is supported by ICF Austria and the sponsor RELEVANT Managementberatung (Hogan Assessment).
The independent jury of experts, consisting of scientists, previous Prism Award winners, human resources managers and experienced coaches, spoke out in favor of the coaching program from SAP, because its young and dynamic team has been open to innovation and growth for years. The SAP Coach Community is committed to "employee empowerment" through self-reflection and sustainability, thus providing space for the development of a coaching culture within the company.
SAP has high standards with regard to the development and further expansion of its offerings and is strongly committed to the training and certification of coaches. This is reflected in the thorough integration of the international criteria for quality and ethical guidelines of ICF Germany.
Dr. Geertje Tutschka, PCC, who, with the support of her team, is responsible for the Prism Award Germany: "I am especially proud and grateful for the great commitment and dedication of the team, the ICF Board, the jury, the sponsor and of course grateful for the company managers, who support and enable coaching offers and their awarding in this special year 2020 as well".
The coaching team of SAP, who has already received an "Honorable Mention" of the Prism Award (ICF global), are now pleased to receive the Prism Award of ICF Germany as a recognition for their services.
Franziska Weis: "We are very pleased to receive the ICF Prism Award Germany. Our coaches and the entire coaching team put a lot of passion and energy into the program so that every employee can reach their full potential. We are very proud and will continue to work on expanding our global SAP Coaching Program and further educating our coaches. I would also like to thank Ann-Kathrin Brodkorb and Nicole Häffner, who have put countless hours of work into the coaching program and the Prism Award application.
As always, the award will be presented at the Coaching Day on November 12, 2020 in a festive gala, which will be held online for the first time this year.
