Dr. Geertje Tutschka, PCC, Managing Partner of CLP - Consulting for Legal Professionals since 2012 and Head of the Legal Coaching Training Program by CLP-Academy since 2016 is a lawyer and attorney since 25 years for Germany and Austria with several years in the US. She worked in the Legal Department for the Automotive Industry as well as for one of the biggest german Law Firms and also for Boutique Law Firms. Is wellknown as an author in the Legal Industry and developed the outstanding Legal Coaching Training Program aligned with the international quality standards and ethical guidelines for professional coaching by the largest association for professional coaching (ICF). As an expert in Leadership and strategic business development she is a very popular speaker on international stages and panels.

She is a synesthet, a mom of three since 17 years, a foreigner since 13 years and lives with her family in Salzburg since 8 years. On weekends you can find her in the alps with her Australian Shepherd dog, in winter with the sled dogs and in summer on a long-distance hiking trail.
